We are having classes all this week of school vacation! Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday at 5:30. woot! Keep it going!

FMI click here or check the Portland Adult Education website’s fitness page (scroll down once you are there).Global Dance Party-Zumba Mon/Wed 5:30 - 6:30pm, and Strength Training Tues/Thurs 5:30 - 6:30pm. All classes will be held at  Lincoln Middle School cafeteria, 522 Stevens Avenue (enter at the back of the school) unless we get bumped. $5  to drop in, or buy a punchcard $40/10 classes.
