Its a bellyrobics RAVE!

If you are looking at Becky’s, drive past it to the left down Hobsons wharf and park behind the chain link fence. Go in one of the grey doors on the long building (there will be a bellyrobics sign on it if it doesn’t blow off. If it does, there is a Zumba sign on it.) Go up the stairs (smells like fish - what an adventure!) and turn left. The studio is on the left.

No experience necessary - all you need for this class is a body and your sense of fun and humor. Bellyrobics is appropriate for any level of fitness and stage of life. Be ready to move, have fun, sweat a little and laugh a lot! Core, legs, abs, glutes and stamina will all be challenged. Bring a mat and water. Don’t worry about what to wear - be comfortable in shorts and a T-shirt or wear bellydance clothes if you are a bellydancer. Skirts are probably not a good idea, since we’ll be doing strengthening exercises on the floor (or wear pants underneath).

This class is also appropriate for intermediate and professional level bellydancers who want a great low-stress, bellydance-specific workout. You may also bring your zils (muffled - baby socks work well) to practice dancing and zilling at the same time.
