Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm at Lincoln Middle School
Stability balls are one of the most effective exercise tools a-round (ha ha). We’ll be using them in a number of different ways to challenge our core, cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. You’ll need to be able to easily get up and down off the floor to attend this class.
Please bring an exercise ball and a yoga mat, and we’ll be in either bare feet or sneakers. Do bring water.
When you sit on your ball, ensure that your knees are bent to 90 degrees. If you are sitting too low, pump it up a bit. If you are too high, let some air out. A ball pump will be available at the class. Please come a few minutes early to set up and make sure your ball is at the right pressure.
