Emma Holder LMT MSc. CMLDT is a Licensed Massage Therapist (PRI 2000), Certified Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise/ACE 1998), Group Fitness Instructor (ACE 1996) and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (2022). Emma enjoys practically every form of activity and has sustained injury and illness during her life. From these experiences, she has learned that one’s health is truly the only important thing, and having a healthy lifestyle is paramount to enjoying life.

Emma holds a Bachelors (McGill 1991) and a Masters (McGill 1993) degree in Microbiology and Immunology.
