Fit for the future

Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Our fitness practice should prepare us for life’s challenges and situations. This class provides a cardio boost, strength training, balance and flexibility for your entire body! Lincoln Middle School gym 522 Stevens ave, Portland.

Regain, maintain, and improve fitness levels to be free to enjoy life and experiences, manage stress, take care of your self, prevent injuries and maximize healthspan no matter what age or stage.

Accessible and challenging for all levels – beginner through athlete.
We will use both body weight and resistance tubing (I have some to borrow) for a complete workout. A good stretch will be included at the end of class - bring an old tie or yoga strap. You’ll need a mat, clean sneakers, and a water bottle.

 

Many ways to join up: You can sign up with Portland Adult Ed for a 2-month series (Sept/Oct or Nov/Dec)! Or simply come to the class and purchase a 10-class drop-in punch card for $50 or pay a single $6 drop-in fee.
