Heat water or milk (cow, goat, rice… whatever floats your boat)
In a mug, grate 2-3 teaspoons fresh ginger, add a teaspoon of turmeric, a grind or two of black pepper and a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup, (maybe some stevia if you prefer).
Add the hot liquid and stir. Drink. Modify sweetness to taste. YUM.
